How did you know you were done Losing weight?
I'm 50 yrs old, 5'6" and weigh 132. (21% bf and 22 BMI if that's important). I've lost 140 lbs in about 18 months using calorie management and maintaining / effecting slight losses over the last 18 months.
At the beginning of this yr after a LOT of thought I've decided there's still fat on my butt and thighs I want gone. I have what can only be described as small defined pouches (saddlebaggies!) That are obvious to me - nude or clothed - and it bugs me to no end. I feel kinda vain as it's probably not really impacting my health.
I caught hell for the last 10 lbs of loss so here I am ...fibbing about my weight again 😝. People shouldn't be able to tell you when you're "done losing" Being told to settle for wearing "shapers" drives me up a wall... But I have this nagging worry that I'll tip from one extreme to the other.
