I'm pretty proud of myself.
My fiance and I moved in together almost a year ago, so we have a little more freedom than we did with our parents. That being said, we usually have beer in the fridge.
Now it wasn't every day of every week.. But most weeks, two or three times a week, I'd have a beer or two after work. I've resolved now to only do that on really really tough days. And even then, try to not have more than one. And my fiance had a beer last night and I wasn't even tempted to get one of my own. And it's a small victory, but I was just sitting there drinking my water and was perfectly content. And it feels good.
I've also been putting less creamer in my coffee. Not a lot less, but I'm working on it (I really am not a fan of the taste of coffee without creamer).
Baby steps.
