When counting, I’m much more protective of my food

I often jokingly say “I’m on a diet, which means i need to eat

For me, I’ve found I just don’t like to be hungry. I mean, hunger before a meek is fine. But I like to leave a meal sated. So it’s about eating the right things to fill me up but also stick to my goals.

As a result, I’m very protective of my food. If I’ve added it to my log, then I want every bite. I almost just dropped 1/3 of my banana on the floor...you should have seen the gymnastics involved in catching it.

But yeah, I need every bite. I want to feel sated.!if I lose a bite or share a bite, I may still be hungry, which means I’ll likely eat something that I didn’t plan and is handy, which means it’ll be out of plan and disrupt my day.
