Exactly two years ago today I started to change my life. From 244 lbs (Feb. 2017) to 125 lbs (Feb. 2018) and still at 122 lbs today!

It's been a journey and an amazing one. If nothing else hopefully this can inspire some others to stay on it and keep going! You can get there AND you can maintain it!

Started out just making sensible food choices, got into Keto for a bit, picked up IF (and actually still follow) and counted calories basically the entire time.

Also spent more time than I'd like to admit in a gym and running! It may not be easy for you but it will be worth it.
