30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 19

We made it lovelies !! It’s the weekend!

  1. Write the next episode for my show. (I may apply to some contests tonight and do a little brainstorming. Depends on how my brain functions when I get home from therapy.)
  2. Workout at least 5x a week (Rest day. Training tomorrow morning. 02/05)
  3. Weigh 245 by the end of April. Time to gun it, friends. (Still in this damn plateau...)
  4. Start my podcast. I had the logo for months, time to put it to use. (Need to figure out my theme music. May write my intro/outro so I can hand it off to a VO artist.)
  5. Do the 30 jump squats a day. My legs... (Will do when I'm home. Just have to do 30 today.)
  6. Ride my bike 1x a week (Didn't bike this weekend but I plan to do it this week. Probably on Saturday to my yoga workstudy.)

I have been sucking the last couple of days. My mind and work has been a hindrance! But I’m back let’s finish this month as strong as we all can!
