NSV - Don't have to lose as much as I thought

So originally I was trying to lose 75kg (150kg to 75kg/330lbs to 165lbs, height is 175cm/5'7), as an app I used called Monitor Your Weight suggested that was the recommended weight I should be at. I've already lost nearly 20kg/45lbs in 10 weeks, but I still have the feeling that the road is still a long one. I'm hoping that I'll be close to my goal by the end of february next year. Today however, has made that road a bit shorter. I had a full-body scan done last year, and I found in an old email which stated that my lean body mass (muscle and bone) is 78kg! So the lowest I should get down to is around 83kg/183lbs, a full 8kg/17lbs I don't need to lose! I'm so happy that my goal weight is going to be 2 months sooner than I expected!

I would definitely recommend getting someone to use fat calipers or better yet, body scans done to figure out your ideal weight. I've been doing intermittent fasting at 21:3, and most days I've been having about 1000 calories a day. Just can't wait for the day that I reach my actual goal of 183lbs!
