Any Tips/recipes for dehydrated Camping/Hiking Foods?

My husband and I are getting ready for our first hike-in camping/hunting trip. We have a dehydrator that I'd like to use to make some keto foods.

We'll only be gone for a couple of days, and we have some pepperoni sticks, nuts and cheeses, and I'll be making some low-carb protein bars for snacks on the go, but I'm at a loss for meals. I'm mostly interested in making some dehydrated protein shakes for breakfast, and home-made meals that I can dehydrate so all we have to do is add boiling water to eat (we have a BioFuel camping stove that we can use to boil water or cook on).

He has a good pulled pork chili that I'll try if I don't find anything else in time. But if anyone has any ideas/tips, or sources I can look at for more info on how to do this, I'd really appreciate it. I'm new to dehydrating (it came in a meat-processing package from the local Outfitter's store last Black Friday), and welcome all the help I can get!!
