(Request) how do you get crispy turnip fries
I’ve tried deep frying in olive and canola oil, I’ve tried frying twice, and I’ve tried cooking in the oven.
Does anyone have any idea how to get crispy turnip fries to mimic French fries? I was thinking some sort of coating but not to sure
