Back here again after catapulting into the obese zone
Am 5'3' female, age 31. Was around 166 lbs last summer and posted here about being upset about that weight. Stopped weighing self last summer.
Recently noticed my clothes have been feeling looser. Weighed self today for the first time since last summer, thinking I lost weight. Instead I've put on a whopping twenty pounds. 186.7. I literally yelled out loud, "What?" It didn't make sense. But I'm now accepting that it's how it is. Seeing the numbers and data is really one of the best ways to shock you into making a change. Catalysts include new job after being unemployed for awhile, countless Grubhub delivery and wine, and poor self control, and new job also starts early in the morning, and I'm a morning workout person.
Here I go again. Outside of work this has to be my main priority (single, no kids). I need all the help I can get, and find you all so inspirational and motivating. Let's go (again.).
