I broke my plateau!

I am just so damn excited that I have to share. I lost almost 80 pounds in the last two years and I've been maintaining for the last 6 months. Not really intentionally, just with intuitive eating as I hadn't been actively trying to lose and felt okay where I was.

But I'm getting married this year and I'd like to lose another 15 pounds before then. So, four weeks ago I started back up at the gym, lifting and cardio 4 days a week. I knew I would plateau as I built back up some muscle but it was still frustrating. I couldn't stand working out and sweating my ass off and then still being the same weight. But last week I started seeing a difference in how my body looked, my arms, my core, my legs, they all were starting to tone up.

Also 8 days ago, I started logging calories again. There's a reason this is suggested so strongly when losing weight! It WORKS. I try to eat somewhere between 1300 to 1500 a day. AND TODAY I was my lowest weight in 3 years. I finally broke into the 180's and I almost cried. Now I just gotta keep it up for the next 14 pounds.

EDIT: Wow this blew up much more than I was expecting. Have another progress pic! That ones my face. I got really good at hiding my chins when I was heavy.
