My Co-Workers Just Shat All Over My Plan
Hi all,
I just need some truth, are they right?
I can't really cook right now, I'm working 13 hour shifts on a project 7 days a week until the beginning of May (I know, insane)... but I work power plant outages.
Every night when I get off work, I stop by Chick Fil A to get my lunch to bring in for the next day.
I get 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and one large chicken soup with crackers.
I have a little bit of ketchup with each chicken sandwich.
I log everything, it's roughly ~1200 calories.
I don't eat at all when I leave work.
I take a multivitamin every day.
Yes, it's not the most healthy thing ever but it's working for me. I'm fine with it. Eventually when I get home I plan to meal prep once my crazy hours die down for a little bit.
So, is this a bad plan? Is it really as stupid as they say it is?
