skinny boo

Hey all!

So you know how some people can eat whatever, dont workout and never gain? My live-in-boyfriend's like this and its exhausting.

I was on a good track before we started living together, lost almost 30 pounds with 20 to go to reach my goal weight. One year in - I gained back 20.

Before i used will power to fight the "bad food" urges only outside the house. Home was the safe place where i simply didnt have that temptation. It's easy not to have a cookie or two, when you just dont buy cookies. It's easy to replace butter with olive oil when you just dont buy butter. Its easy to give up those bacon sammiches when you just dont purchase bacon or bread.

It all has changed. Now we're always stalked up on greasy, sugary deliciousness. On his way back home he almost always picks up a couple of cans of my favorite soda. Turkey, fish and chicken, which used to be my main sources of protein, gave up their crown to be replaced with pork and beef... (even thought we've had numerous conversations on how i cant eat like him all the time)

I sometimes get angry when he offers me half of his daily bedtime desert and he gets upset when I give him a hard time for bringing "shit i dont eat" specially for me.

I guess i should work on that will power at home, cas3 so far - i've been failing miserably.

To illustrate our "outside" food habits, here's a story for ya:

Skinny boo: I want that awesome hotdog from the "best hotdogs in the world" place.

Me: Sure, lets go grab u one.

Skinny boo: U sure u dont want one too?

Me: Nah, I've had one recently

Skinny boo: You've had one today already?!

Me: .... this week...

So, i guess i need advice on how to effectively communicate to him that I cant eat like him all the time and get +1000 to my personal will power.

P.S. He's not too happy that i gained. I mean, he doesnt shame me or anything. He just comments sometimes on my belly etc.
