Achievements
Hi, I’ve posted on here a few times before and it’s been a while. Last time I believe I was around 180. I am now 153. I started at 220 pounds last August. It has been one hell of an experience. I am also grateful for the people in my life. Especially this one friend who signed me up for track. I am glad he got me into it because I stuck through and it helped me learn to live exercise. And today during cross country conditioning I ran a 5:57 mile. I was so happy and full of adrenaline. My first mile for track I ran a 6:55. I never thought I would reach this point in my life where I’m truly genuinely happy. I mean I’m still a high schooler but damn I feel so accomplished. I’m still not done on this journey. I want to reach 130 by the end of this year and I know I can. I’m so glad this is happening to me.
