I did it!

Hi all! 21F 5’8 SW: 193 CW: 187 GW: ~150

Ive been counting my calories consistently for a whole entire week! I can’t remember the last time i did this without giving up on ~day 3 because i ate too much. I tracked everything. every single thing for the first time in my life. the good, bad, and ugly. And holy shit, i’ve lost SIX POUNDS! I know it’s probably mostly water, as i’ve been actually properly hydrating too. But oh my goodness this feels so good. I have a new, moderately active job too which makes me feel good, i hit my 10,000 steps goal DAILY and it’s amazing. I feel good. This feels good. For once i have the courage to keep going. I’m getting used to the smaller portions. I’m drinking more water between meals. I’m eating and enjoying more vegetables than ever (even craving them!) For once, i feel good.
