Hello r/lose it, Sorry for any formatting issues (on mobile) but I need some advice.
Growing up I always had issues with my weight. From going to college I'm pretty sure ive gained a lot of weight and im really scared to weigh myself as I don't want to go back into my eating disorder tendencies. Summer vacation just started for me so I'm planning on getting back to being healthy.
I'm an endomorph/mesomorph mixture and I want to get back into losing weight and feeling less bloated and heavy about my body. I have done IF but always had trouble with late night snacking with college. Im going to be working about 40-50 hours a week this summer and whenever I get off work I just want something fast to eat cause I don't like cooking.
Im nervous to start calorie counting again because of my past eating disorder tendencies and i dont even know how to calorie count healhily and without starving myself to lose weight fast rather than healthy.
I guess what is some advice that helped you get back into wellness. Thank you ❤
Tldr: gained weight cause of college and want to lose weight but not revive old eating disorder tendencies. What is some advice that helped you lose weight healthly? Or any websites that can help?
