I think I might have an addiction to fast food.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Most of the time, when people mention that they eat out a lot, they generally chock it up to the fact that they don't have time and or don't know how to cook. But with me, I don't think that that applies. I used to be an apprentice chef and know how to cook pretty well. When I do decide to cook, the time management isn't a problem either.

But I can't help myself from craving shitty fast food. It always seems to be in the back of my mind. Is this just lack of will-power of stopping myself? Is it a case of my body craving good fats (like avocados) and I'm just misinterpreting these caloric cravings as fast-food cravings? Is there another aspect of my nutritional intake that i'm unknowingly ignoring?

Or do I just have regular fast-food wants, that every other person has and I'm just not as good at ignoring them.

Does anyone else have/had this problem? What did you do to regulate that?
