I’ve lost 21 pounds just from changing my diet.

I’m finally out of the 200’s and I am so excited. It took me a long time to figure it out, but TAKE BABY STEPS. I tend to throw myself into an extreme diet and quit after a few weeks. Start off small. I quit fast food first, then a few weeks later I started doing smoothies every day. I am an extreme junk food fanatic and instead of giving up sugar completely, I just cut back on it first. Instead of buying that fresh batch of cupcakes, buy one and eat some trail mix or something to help curve your crave. For every can soda I drink, I drink a bottle of water after it (it probably doesn’t help, but it keeps me from feeling guilty). Broke my diet and got a double cheeseburger with extra bacon? That’s fine, I’ll just have a day when I eat all vegetables. Taking small steps helped me become disciplined, I never drank water... like at all. I’m one of those “water is nasty” type of people, now I can get through four bottles a day at the least. I got on the scale in February and it said 210, now I’m 189. It’s not an overnight process, but if you have problems with discipline and food prep like I do, start off small and make your way up! Good luck out there!
