Joined a gym today
I joined a gym today! It’s been a year since I’ve worked out because I let life get in the way and while I wasn’t eating horribly, I hadn’t been making my health a priority and then I moved back to my home state. Now that I’m settled, in ready to pick up where I left off and make up for lost time. I’m going on a cruise to Greece in August and I would like to lose 10 pounds by then and tone up a bit if I can.
I know 10 pounds is menial compared to a lot of other posts here, but I just want some support from people who understand. I’ve been stuck in this weight plateau but I’m determined to beat it.
Tomorrow I have a fitness exam thing at the gym and I’ll update this with my weight & body fat % after I find out.
