Flat cake!

I made my first keto cake tonight and it is flat as can be. Granted, first batch i accidentally put corn starch instead of baking power, BUT second batch wasnt much better.

This recipe called for an 8in pan and all i had was 9in, but it shouldnt have made THAT big of a difference should it? Help?
