Out of control hunger
Hi, I’m a 45-year-old male, and I need to lose about 50 lbs. to begin to feel anywhere close to healthy again. I really struggle to not eat between meals but my hunger rears it’s ugly head and I find my whole day derailed by mindless snacking. I also stress eat something fierce. I’m not asking for drug recommendations, as that’s probably against the rules, but does anyone use/drink/take any natural product that can really suppress appetite? (And no, I don’t want to start smoking again, lol) I try to drink as much water as I can but I think my appetite and metabolism are so wrecked from years of casual eating and overeating that I really need some extra help curbing my habit. I’m thinking something along the lines of a chewing gum or non-caffeinated tea, etc. Preferably calorie-free so I can use it if I fast, too. Thanks, everyone!!
