Growing penicillin with keto bread
Hey ketoers! Has anyone else noticed that keto bread (made from various different recipes) grows mold REALLY quickly? I assume it's just because it's fat-based and very moist, but it's a huge pain in the neck, especially when I make it in a big batch. Other than freezing individual portions, has anyone figured out how to combat this issue?
