One month
So I’m a 33 year old, 5 11 male one month ago I got on a scale and weighed 265.This morning I weighed 239. I haven’t done anything drastic, quit drinking, quit drinking anything but water(sometimes with crystal light), and counting calories, staying under 2000 a day and most days 1800 or less. Sunday’s I eat what I want. I know the beginning is always easiest and I need to exercise some, I was reluctant to do much at 265 because my knees hurt after walking much at all. I’m a little embarrassed I got this far I was at 230 last July and told myself I was going to do something, I guess that was stuff my face. Just wanted to tell someone, 39 pounds to my goal but I’m not planning on stopping myself from enjoying the holiday food coming up but maybe a little moderation. Hopefully by May I’ll be at 200!
