Question about getting started
I recently had some possibly bad diet/ no exercise related health issues and kind of took it as a wake up call. After about 3 weeks of recovery I'm back to 100% and went for a run today. I figured I'd start with a half mile and see how I felt. Noppppee, after about a block i was like HOLLLYY SHIT this is rough. Pushed myself for about 2 more blocks and felt like shit so I walked home.
It made me realize how out of shape I was. It's not deterring me but made me realize I dont know where to start. When I was in shape this stuff was easy to me and I didnt really think about it.
So I'm 6'4 235 needing to lose 25ish lbs. Out of shape but willing. Where do I properly start without hurting myself? No gym or equipment. Willing to try whatever else.
