30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 8
Hello losers,
Happy Sunday. Humbug.
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 215.8 trend weight. I'll hop back on the scale come Monday to keep that routine better than last month.
Stay within calorie range: This isn't so bad when the goal is just under maintenance. 7/7 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Long vigorous walk. 8/8 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. I got more fancy coffee options for my machine at home too. 5/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Did some real honest talking through my own head space. Blergh mental detritus. Also, Trader Joe's run for chicken sausage because that is some grade a deliciousness.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans. Mexican red lentil stew in the crock pot right meow. 2/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I need to get after this blergh.
Note something jolly every damn day: I'll slap some Christmas media on here in a minute & did some more gift ordering.
