How do you get enough protein???

Hi all, I'm pretty new to tracking calories/nutrients in an effort to lose the stubborn 10 pounds I've gained over the last few years (27F 5'4", currently 133lb). I'm using the MyNetDiary app to track everything and I've been diligent with measuring (got a food scale to help) and logging everything. I'm doing about 1400-1500 cal a day, have already lost some weight and I've been exercising daily (walking, HIIT, strength training). According to the app, I should be getting 70+g of protein a day, and based on looking online and reading other people's plans it seems like it's not uncommon to try to get 80-100+g a day. However, it's been very challenging for me to get more than 50g of protein on any given day and still stay within the calorie limit and get recommended servings of fruits and veggies. The thought of getting 70g or more of protein just seems unattainable - is everyone just eating meat for every meal, or doing protein shakes/supplements? I don't really like meat but I do eat meat for dinner daily and have been trying to add non-meat protein to my other meals too. Here is an example of what I ate today (and still only got around 50g of protein): Breakfast - homemade oatmeal, blueberries, 1 hard boiled egg Lunch - homemade black beans with avocado and salsa Snack - almonds and carrots Dinner - salmon, Brussels sprouts, and more black beans If I were to increase servings or add in more food (when I'm not really hungry for it anyway), I would go over calories. Any advice? I also really have enjoyed having oatmeal for breakfast (I used to always eat cereal or toast, so this has been a positive change for me) and don't want to have to give that up in order to have more meats which I don't particularly care for :(
