I've been really hard on myself over my progress but I've started to feel happy about myself again.

So lately, I've been trying to take advantage of the free time this whole disaster of a pandemic has given. The first few weeks of quarantine were pretty rough, as I constantly kept baking all sorts of things I would find on Reddit; banana bread and sorts. By mid April, I realized I was starting to get really chunky from all the baked goodies and decided to track my calories through MFP. Restricted myself to about 1600 calories. Bought a food scale and decided to pack my diet with some veggies and protein. Some carbs here and there to sate my obsession for bread.

After about a month, I started to work in some exercise with my diet. Walking about 8k steps a day and some muscle training. I'm finally able to do push ups! I can't stress how happy I was to be able to do 5. It's been about 3 weeks since I've also tried doing IF at 16:8. It was hard at first but now I'm getting used to it. Trying to work in different things to prevent plateauing and trying to find sustainable ways of losing weight. It just gets tough. I'm about 2 months in and I'm coming close to about 30 lbs lost since mid April. Trying to stay positive.
