An interesting talk on the energy used by our brains and how cooked food feeds it
I thought others might find this interesting. It is kind of related because it talks about how cooking food has enabled us to develop a very calorically expensive brain, which then led to us to being able to invent other things, like fridges and grocery shops, making it possible for us to eat too much too easily.
The hours required for feeding our brain a gathered raw food diet are more than we could afford.
