Oat Fiber Replacement

Hi all, 1st time poster.

I did a search but didn't find an actual answer, so I'll ask myself. Oat Fiber, while being awesome in my recipes, is considered a controlled substance in my country, so I'm not confident in my ability to continue to import it.

What can substitute for oat fiber in a baking (specifically bread) recipe?
