Help! What am I doing wrong?
Hey everyone, just stopping by to see if anyone has experienced this and how did you overcome it.
I have been dieting and training for over a month now, but today my weight scale indicated that I'm back to where I started with 0.4% less fat.
I'm currently doing a caloric deficit diet, averaging 1500 calories daily. I have limited my sugar intake and have one cheat day where I sually exceed 2500 calories on that day. Macros are averaging 100g fat, 40g carbs and 100g protein (give or take). Food menu is usually from a company called MyMuscleChef, so I control calories intake and macros.
Exercise wise, I follow Doug's 6 day mega cutting routine religiously, 3 days on and 1 day rest, not counting the calories burned as part of my day (to not affect net caloric intake). I drink on average 2lts of water every day.
I drink various supplements: protein, aminoacids, omega, multivitamins, and creatine.
My question is: what am I doing wrong? According to loseit I should be losing 1kg per week with this regime, yet I'm back to 86.3kg with the slight difference of less body fat percentage.
Help.
