Leaning out tips for someone who’s on the thinner side?

I’m 24y/o | F | 5’7 | 135lbs

I’ve been calorie counting and exercising 5/6 times a week and I lost 10lbs pretty quickly. Since then I’ve been stagnant at 135. I’ve been exercising and upping my protein so I’m wondering if I’m just super slowly losing fat and gaining muscle, because I definitely notice more strength than I had before but I don’t feel that I look any thinner. I still have a decent bit more fat on my arms and stomach than I’d like and I feel like I’m stuck at this shape/size. Am I just being impatient? I’ve heard it’s harder to lose weight when you’re not overweight, does anyone here have experience with this or any tips?
