How to stick to a lifestyle change? Sugar addiction tips?
I have been struggling with a sugar addiction for a very long time and it likely has a lot to do with my weight gain. I am f/23 5’2.5” and weigh roughly 150lbs.
I have been really struggling lately on how I look and being so embarrassed that I’ve let myself get so out of shape. I find that I liked my body the best when I weighed around 130-135lbs.
I have attempted to get healthy too many times to count and I continue to eat an insane amount of dessert type food. How do you go about eliminating processed sugars from your diet? In the past, I’ve had pretty bad headaches from trying to cut sugar out.
I want to start treating my body better and getting into shape. I feel so defeated anytime I look at myself in the mirror. Any advice on how to stick to a good lifestyle change?
