My parents are obese and I don’t know how to tell them I want them to get healthy so that they can see me grow up

The title pretty much sums it up but I’ll elaborate a little. For as long as I can remember my parents have been overweight but I never really grasped the health risks until my grandpa died of a heart attack last year. I’m currently trying to live healthier (vegan, on a calorie deficit, working out...etc) but my parents are staying the same and why wouldn’t they be. My mom understands that she needs to be healthier and has been working out but is still eating in surplus, while my dad doesn’t feel the need to change. I have trouble looking at my dad in the eyes without imaging my grandpa dead on the floor and I just want him to be able to walk me down the isle one day or even make it to my high school graduation. So while I know what it’s like to be overweight, I don’t know what it’s like to be obese. What can I say to them without coming off as rude that I want them to start living healthier with me?
