How can people be bothered to track CICO?

I’m actually okay at losing weight/being healthy food wise when I’m in a healthy mindset, but I struggle with bingeing, and always end up relapsing which is why I’ve steadily gained weight for years.

I’d like to just rely on intuitive eating, and that’s all fine and dandy when I’m in a good mindset, but it only ever lasts so long. I’ve been thinking about combining that with CICO, but it just seems like such an effort... breakfast and lunch maybe I could deal with, but dinner... I just can’t be bothered to weigh out or look up every little ingredient that goes into a pie or lasagne or stir fry or soup or whatever it is, and then try and figure out what portion I’ve had of the whole thing and try and badly determine how many calories are in it. I don’t understand how anyone sticks with CICO when making homemade meals and if it’s worth it?
