My diet has gone to shit for the past 2 weeks. Any tips for recovering?

This is hard because since I’m 15, I still live with my parents and younger brother. My mum loves baking, so she’s always preparing sweet snacks and pastries for us or buying delicious but unhealthy processed food. I’ve been trying to log what I eat and take better care of my body, but being surrounded with junk food I end up overeating. My diet has mainly been spicy instant ramen, pocky, cake, chocolate crepes, cupcakes, cookies, chips, then whatever my mom cooks for dinner. I’ve tried telling her to please stop buying so many snacks, but she gets mad at me and says I’m only thinking about myself, that it’s also for the rest of the family. Tomorrow I’m really going to try to cut out sugar and eat healthy, but it would be helpful if I got ahold of any recipes you guys eat or how to manage to stay on track.
