NSV: I'm ending the day within 100 kcal of my goal FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS!
F/24/5'4/SW:147 GW: 117 Holy shit, I ate like an asshole last week. 1,000 calories and more clocked in on snacks alone. I've had "Day One" for months and months but, God willing, THIS IS DAY ONE. Even if it's only 7 pm. Even if I have to drink 800 cups of tea tonight - I AM GOING TO BED ON A DEFICIT.
1412 kcal. That's my goal. I'm at like 1476. I consider that a victory. 1400 kcal plus any fruits and vegetables, which I do not log (Disclaimer: YesIknowfruitsandvegetableshavecalories.IhavedecidednottoworryaboutthemfornowforthesakeofmakinghealthierchoicesandfocusingonwhatIneedto.Ididnotgetchubbyofftoomanybananas.Igotchubbyofftheboredomeatingandstresseatingandquesadillasandchocolateandallthesnacks.Pleasedon'tclutchyourpearlsoverfruitsandvegetables,people.) I also took a 3 hour nap today. There's the real LPT. You can't consume calories if you're asleep.
I know, I KNOW, that once I get past the first week it'll be smooth sailing as things get more automatic. I know I can make it a week. Time to finally drop the weight. Time to meet the skinnier version of myself. 130's, here I come, baby?
So what will I do tonight? Maybe watch Supersize vs Superskinny, definitely drink too much tea, but TODAY IS DAY ONE.
