stop binging: need some reward ideas along the way

i realized that the worst thing keeping me from my diet working recently is that i started binging & grazing again because of boredom and procrastination.

for about half a year i just didnt binge at all, (best relationship with food i ever had) i ate my meals as was intended and after my normal portion i didnt bat an eye at food at all, even when was alone (trigger for me right now, secret eating etc). so i know that its all psychological for me and about rebuilding the habit that i had before not some kind of deep lying problem with my relationship to food. so i need to get some ideas for positive reinforcement / milestones i can reach that dont involve food. if i stick with it until my finals and they work out i finally wanna get my first tattoo, so a major milestone goal is already planned...

but i dont know wheter i can stay motivated for another 3 months. i try to detach the reward system i have in general away from food as i feel like it helps with my relationship to it (fuel instead of the holy grail of my existence).

doesnt help that im a massive foodie (love cooking new and interdsting things, new flavours etc)

they could be small things to bigger things, preferrably not too costly/free as im a student with little to no income. thanks alot ! :D
