Vacation and motivation. I've been bad.
Hey all. I need to vent if that's alright? I am currently on the last day of my one week vacation. It has been a busy one. I had to tear down and rebuild my whole wooden fence. My typical Fitbit day is 6-8k steps. Everyday this week I have done over 20k. Working at least 8 hours a day on the fence and walking my daughter to school and back. Unfortunately with all this moving I have had very little time to prepare and eat healthy. Takeout twice this week with pizza lunch leftovers for two days. Also my daughter's 7th birthday so there was cake involved. With pizza and cake there's sodas, chips, cookies, chocolate, some candies, desserts etc.... My wife is also on vaca so I let her sleep in. When I get back from walking my kid to school she'll make toaster strudels for breakfast .... So my eating habits haven't need good to say the least. I miss this food soo much, I have been eating healthier since Valentine's Day. I've lost 34 pounds 185-151lbs since. Unfortunately I've jumped back up to 160. I told myself today that it's the LAST time that I will eat like this again. I'm just feeling sooo lost. I don't feel like eating what I was eating before vaca. I want to eat crap foods. I know it's not gonna happen though. I just need a kick in the behind to wake me up. I need to find a simple plan to get me in the mood to want to do this again. It's just so depressing to see my weight jump 10 pounds in a week, after all the hard work I put in the last few months also the physical work I did this week. Sorry for the confusing all over the place rant. If anyone reads all of this that is.
