Very full on 1800 calories?
18m, somewhat active, 5'7 157ish. Normally eat 2400-3000 calories a day. Today I ate 1800 without even intending to by carefully planning out of meals and am very full as I'm typing this out after dinner.
Breakfast: whole grain oatmeal with sliced banana and two scoops of protein powder
Lunch: big bowl of venison chili, 2 cans of tuna, and a ridiculous amount of cooked cabbage
Dinner: scramble of 4 eggs with 5 slices of turkey, a tomato, and a slice of toast, an apple, and 10 cheez-its lol.
Total: 1831. Fat: 50g (24%), carb: 185.5g (40%), protein: 168g (36%).
The methodology I'm following is just no snacks or sweets except on weekends, three plates of food a day (even if they're really big), and regular walking and jogging.
