What exactly ARE beneficial core strengthing workouts that can help rid of those love handles?
Yes, yes, im aware that you can’t exactly spot reduce fat. I’ve been scouring the sub in order to get help regarding losing love handles, and sadly for me, it seems to be where my fat is stored.
So far, from having a good high protein diet, i’ve lost around 14 lbs so far in just under 2 months (it’s goin up a bit atm).
A lot of commenters advised that a body will overall lose fat the longer you go, but mentioned core strengthening exercises may help.
At the moment, i do PPL 3 times a week for roughly 2 and a half hrs, and at the end of every workout I do 3 sets of 10 situps, 3 sets of 11 crunches, and 3 sets of 9 oblique crunches after each workout. On Ab days, i do V sits and planks as well. Are these beneficial at all?
What are your guys’ recommended core and ab strengthing workouts i can add in?
