Getting back into the gym but where do I put cardio in a PPL routine?
Over the pandemic I gained a lot of weight I originally lost in high school, after thinking it over I decided going to the gym would be more motivating rather than just doing pure cardio.
However, after planning out a workout regiment, that being PPL, I still wanted to put cardio in but don’t exactly know how that would effect anything. I plan to go to the gym 6 days a week and wanted to do at least 30 minutes of cardio during those days. Should I do it before, during, after the workout? Is it something I should avoid? Anything would be helpful before I officially start my summer workout routine.
