No motivation/seeing little point in lifting weights when losing weight
Hey everyone,
I always carried some excess fat which always bothered me. My diet is very strict, I track everything I eat via Yazio. I try to stay below 1500-1800 kcal per day. My goal is to get to 78kg for now. I do normally lift weights, but because gyms were closed for a year (they just opened recently) and because it is not possible to build muscle when on a large deficit (which I am), my motivation to lift weights is really low.
I am doing bodyweight exercises on freeletics, but that's it. They seem to be enough and are also quite tiring.
What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
