How should I work?
Hi everyone. I am a 21 year old male with 105kg weight (mostly fat) I also have big hips and lumbar lordosis due to weight
I have a sports background before, I did muay thai for 5 years and I had dropped from 145 kg to 75 kg. But I became thin because I did not lose very healthy at that time.
Now I have gained weight again and I want to start diet. I have a barbell and exercise mat at home, now my question is, is it enough to work with barbells and push-ups for 1 year exercise plan? Can I lose weight and build muscle during this period?
Also, are there any exercises you recommend me to do to get rid of lumbar lordosis? I plan to exercise at least 3 days a week
Which plans would be more realistic?
