Please enlighten me on this diet mission that I'm about to embark from tomorrow!

Hello Peeps! So during the pandemic, many of us have put on so much and have had to suffer the repercussions of it and I'm no exception for that! Ergo, i chalked out on doing a few strech exercises and i recently bought tummy trimmer, which might be good as well to reduce my tummy So my question is,

1.)apart from the above, what else can I include in my daily exercise (Please help me out by suggesting few as I'm in a dire need to shed some good amount of weight) I was on for cycling for a while but then Lockdown hit me!

2.) And with accordance with the above exercise, I've been mulling to cut down on rice for lunch (is it recommended at this level???) and have a ragi ball and brown rice for my lunch! For dinner, I'm gonna include a chapathi(Indian bread) and small potion of curd rice! (please feel free to alter my diet plan if in case you find it out of the day way)

3.) What am I supposed to feed on after doing the above exercises i mentioned? I start my exercise at 6 in the morning and wrap it off by 7:15 max and have my breakfast at 10! So in between those time void, what do u guys recommend to have? I'm planning for an apple or a banana or just a cup of milk!
