Week 3: It was what I thought it would be M:42 SW:330 CW:312
Big week! 5ish pounds this week down from 318 last week and that is something I can hang my hat on.
As I feared however it was a heck of a hard week. My brain railed against almost everything it seemed. But I stayed pretty strong and got through it. All in all while it was the most difficult week so far it was not terrible.
I really only have one fear going in to this 4th week and that is this coming weekend. I will be heading out of town once again and to our camp down on the river. These weekends are always full of beer and food. I am going to have to carry a pretty big staff to beat away all the odd looks from those that cant comprehend that I am trying to lose weight. Most subscribe to the theory that camp weekends are vice weekends but I just cant give up on myself. With a little luck the weather will be OK and I can fill my time with hiking, fishing and kayaking and don't have to just sit inside and hang out.
All that said my willpower has been holding fairly strong. No sweets, no soda, not much fried food and IF 16:8 has been holding strong. Still such a long road ahead but at least I can see the light that is sub-300 a few weeks away. just gotta hold firm to the wheel and keep moving forward.
Much love to all on the same road! Hope you are well and holding strong as well.
