How to push through a plateau?
Background info: F18// SW:163.6 lbs CW: 152.6 lbs GW:135 lbs
For the past week-ish, I’ve been yoyoing around 152- 153 lbs. Currently, I’m eating 1400 calories and have been staying fairly active. The plateau is super discouraging since I was losing weight fairly quickly during the first two months. I know that when you’re losing a small amount of weight, it can plateau really quickly, but it still sucks. I don’t really know what to do because I want to reach my goal of 145 lbs by my birthday (July 19) and keep on losing weight after that until I reach 135 lbs.
