What I eat in a day: A 1300 calorie base with macro breakdown

So, we see the occasional request for specific diet plans, so I thought I would share my 'foundation' of what I eat in a day. Now I want to be clear, this is not my diet every single day. I live with family and work second shift, so on days I work, this is generally what I eat. On days I don't work, I eat with my family and those meals tend to add things that I don't get from this. For the most part, I eat this 3-5 times a week.

I also take a daily mutlivitamin to support overall nutrition. Super cheap, easy to take.

ONTO THE FOOD!!

Breakfast:

Cup of Greek Yogurt: 100 calories, 15g protein, 10g carbs, 0g fat.

Love the Oikos Triple Zero, especially the mixed berry.

First snack:

Banana: 100 calories, 1.3g protein, 27g carbs, 0.4g fat

Lunch:

Big ol' Fruit Bowl. 140g of each Strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple.

Strawberry: 47 calories, 1g protein, 11g carbs, 0.4g fat

Blueberries: 85 calories, 1.1g protein, 21g carbs, 0.5g fat

Pineapple: 70 calories, 0.1g protein, 18g carbs, 0.5g fat

Second snack:

2oz beef jerkey: 160 calories, 20g protein, 10g carbs, 2g fat

Jacklinks tender bites are my jam.

Third Snack:

Snack Factory pretzle crips: 110 calories, 2g protein, 24g carbs, 0g fat

Dinner:

General Tso's Chicken and Broccoli. 140g baked chicken thigh, 12oz bag of broccoli florets, 2 tablespoons General Tso sauce. I could eat this every freaking day it's so good.

Chicken thigh: 250 calories, 34g protein, 0g carbs, 11g fat

Broccoli Florets: 100 calories, 4g protein, 16g carbs, 0g fat.

General Tso Sauce: 90 calories, 0g protein, 20g carbs, 1g fat

Fourth snack:

Yes, FOUR snacks. Two more Greek yogurt cups. Stuff is addictive I tell ya.

Totals:

Calories: 1312, Protein: 108.5g, Carbs: 177g, Fat: 14.9g

Now, from a mathematical perspective, this is not enough food for me. Need to increase the fat content, probably going to add some nuts as another snack, and that would add some more protein.

From a psychological perspective: It's a lot of food. Some days I do struggle to eat enough, because everything is so satiating.
