I was struggling a month ago, thanks to some help here, I pushed through.
A month ago I posted about some bad results I got at my last doctor's appointment. I wanted to give up. And when I found out ozempic wasn't a hidden needle, I almost did after that post. But I didn't. After several panic attacks, I managed to pull it off. I got my shit together and started eating right. At the end of May, I was 282. Now at the end of June, I've lost 14 lbs and am 268, which means I am officially closer to being under 200 than my highest weight of 337. Even better, my blood sugars have dropped back into pre-diabetic levels, and I am only on the lowest dose of ozempic (0.25). My dose goes up tomorrow to the "maintenance" dose and that may even bring me to non-diabetic sugars. It just feels so good to be on track and getting healthy, and I'm so thankful to those of you that helped motivate me to do that.
