3 months into my weight loss journey with 0 lbs lost!
I started my weight loss journey back in the middle of May. Started exercising every other day (started with jogging 5 km, but are now weightlifting in the gym). I'm happy with working out.
I also downloaded MyFitnessPal to track calories. Since I'm 6'4"/193 cm and weighing 249 lbs/113 kg, my estimated TDEE is around 3000 calories. I set a goal in MyFitnessPal to have a daily intake of 1900 calories, which is quite a deficit even if I didn't exercise any.
I've been tracking religiously, cutting out and late night snacking and candy (which I ate a whole lot of before), I've about halfed my diner portion sizes, changed all my beer into low caloric versions and dry white wine, also I'm often skipping lunch (and I don't eat breakfast, never have). All of this to make sure I stay at, but mostly around 200 calories below 1900 calories.
I've been weighing myself once a month and now was the time for August. Lo & behold, it was exactly the same weight as the previous months! Exactly 0 lbs lost!
I obviously have to continue torturing myself by being constantly hungry and getting hungry headaches when I see such great results! Feels great.
