How often do you guys have/plan to have cheat meals?
I’ve been following a calorie restricted diet for the last two weeks and this is the first time in my 10 years of attempting weight loss that I’m not swayed by looking at friends and family eat food from outside of just eat junk in general.
I’ve gone 2 weeks without even one cheat meal or having the thought of cheating on my diet. However, I have a feeling that I should put in a cheat meal? Based on some folks I’ve spoken to cuz they think completely going to 0 cheat meals can cause one to snap, resulting in the diet going to shit.
So just out of curiosity, how often do you guys have cheat meals? Once a week? Once a month? Once every 45 days? Or no cheat meals?
