I've gained 8lbs after a month working out

Weight may not be that important, but for someone like me with body dysmorphia and a historial of eating disorders, gaining weight is difficult for my mental health.

Last year I lost 33lbs, from 165lbs to 132lbs (I'm 5'6). And even though the amount of weight I've lost is quite a lot, I'm unable to see a drastic change in my shape. I've a very distorted image of my body: if I exercise I look "thin", but if I skip one work out I feel like I've gained 33lbs overnight. Now I've been in a caloric surprus for almost a month to try gaining muscle mass and "shape" my body, especially the glutes and hips.

I've gained 8lbs since I started working on muscle growth. Its obvious that notorius results aren't possible in such a short period of time (especially in a woman), but it demotivates me. Not being able to notice a significant difference in my body shape + the weight gain only increases my body dysmorphia and makes me want to give up and starve myself until I lose all the weight again.
